The company, headquartered in Alicante (Spain) and with branch offices spread over the most important cities of Latin America, is specialized in creating and developing algorithms for facial biometrics.
In July 2013, FacePhi was announced the launch of its new SDK, a set of libraries developed in .NET and Silverlight which also includes several demos and all necessary functionalities to facilitate developer’s work.
The main goal of FacePhi is “to lead the development and marketing of facial recognition algorithms for online authentication in order to extend the use of face recognition to multiple areas such as payment platforms, online banking etc”, Javier Mira, Executive VP, said.
The company currently has more than 40 key technological partners throughout the Americas deploying its software in more than 25 different markets.
